AnyConnect and keep-alive
-
When working in terminal sessions after not using them for any significant period of time, they lock up.I do not experience this problem when working with the Cisco AnyConnect client itself.Since I regularly keep large numbers of ssh sessions opens this is of a problem, since I may lose complex shell variables during project builds, lose build messages, etc.

I was able to resolve this by explicitly setting keep-alive in my ssh config. It was not necessary to do this with Cisco AnyConnect client, which is strange.I think (if I were the Shimo dev) I would force users to use their own ssh config setting rather than do whatever Cisco did to keep sessions alive. It is an issue of security on connections.
