OS X Yosemite: Our products are ready!

    OS X Yosemite

Just in time for Apple’s next major OS release, we worked hard to make all of our Mail plugins and other software products compatible with OS X Yosemite.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of our plugins installed to assure compatibility with Yosemite. Get them here.

To celebrate the launch of OS X Yosemite, we sell all of our software products until October, 24th with a 25% discount. Use the coupon code YOSEMITE in our ChungwaStore to get access to the discounted prices.

have tried all versions including 1.03 of evermail – none of them works; I have sent screenshot of failure but didn’t even receive an answer – nor did I get refund for the purchase or an advice, how to remove this non working piece of software

I do not want to spam, but if you do not respond, what do I do?

I’m sorry, but if so, and if there will be not at least some answers, I have to spam and talk about scam :(

      Hi there,

I have just downloaded 3 mail plugins from the link you provided above but it says that the plugins are not compatible with my version of mail 8.1. Do you have a timeframe on when the plugins will be up-to-date.

      Thanks
      Chris

The latest versions from our website should be compatible again. Simply download from there. Your license is still valid.

Our plugins are compatible with OS X 10.9.3

Apple released yet another major OSX update yesterday: 10.9.3 – All of our plugins (CargoLifter, Face2Face, ForgetMeNot, Graffiti and SendLater) were recently updated and are therefore already compatible with the latest OSX version.

If you got a message from Mail that some of the plugins are not compatible, then you weren’t using the latest version of our plugins. Please make sure that you install the most recent version downloadable from the corresponding plugin website.

If you still encounter any problems with any of our software products, please feel free to create a corresponding thread in our community forum.

    OSX 10.9.2 compatibility: Done!

As many of you have already realized: Apple released a new version of OSX yesterday: 10.9.2 – With this update some of our plugins were incompatible, which does not mean that they had some technical issues, but all Mail plugins have to explicitly define the OSX versions that they are compatible with. The plugins ForgetMeNot, Graffiti and Face2Face did not have 10.9.2 in their list of compatible plugins – YET.

Yesterday evening, we released new versions of these plugins that should be compatible again with OSX 10.9.2!

If you still encounter any problems with any of our software products, please feel free to create a corresponding thread in our community forum.

Face2Face: Mail Plugin adds Personality to Emails

Face2Face LogoToday ChungwaSoft releases a new plugin for Apple’s Mail application. Face2Face shows people’s personal images as their sender image. These images come from Facebook, Gravatar or Face2Face’s own image database. This database will grow by adding your own personal image through Face2Face. The more people use Face2Face, the more images will be shown in your email’s inbox.
The best about Face2Face is, that it is absolutely free to use. Just download it now and enhance your favorite email application by a great new feature.

    Face2Face – Emails with Personality.

Before installing this app, I’d like to know if email addresses will be captured from my Contacts or from email I send and receive. I do not want to share other people’s information with a third party.

BTW, I have found ForgetMeNot to be quite useful.

      • Fabian 08:26 on February 18, 2013 Permalink | Reply

Email addresses from your Contacts won’t be captured to be sent somewhere. The email address of an email’s sender is just used to check if there is an image associated to this particular email address. It is not even the email address that is used for this lookup, but a value computed from this email address. This value is absolutely anonymous. If you want to have more technical details, please let me know.
