Shimo meets VyprVPN: A complete VPN solution

I am often asked whether we are offering a full VPN solution including software and also a VPN service. Not till today! From now on ChungwaSoft is cooperating with Golden Frog to offer our customers a complete VPN package. This includes the best VPN client for the Mac, Shimo, and an outstanding VPN service, called VyprVPN.
Those of the Shimo customers looking for a VPN account to surf the web anonymously and securely, should register for a VyprVPN account and use it with Shimo. While VyprVPN offers multiple protocols, we recommend to use the OpenVPN protocol. If you need any help configuring Shimo with VyprVPN, there will be detailed tutorials on how to setup Shimo with VyprVPN…
The next version of Shimo2 will include direct links to register for a VyprVPN account, so it will be extremely easy for Shimo users to get their hands on a professional VPN service.

Starting with Shimo3 VyprVPN will be integrated even more tightly … more on this soon …

after reading your reviews I downloaded Shimo. To my great disappointment, when I tried to just “try it out” I keep getting a “drop license” page come up and can go no further than this. If it is free, then how do we get a “license” to drop in the box. Quite disappointing.

The license window is necessary to activate Shimo, but you can definitely try it without a valid license. You can find Shimo in the top right corner of your screen (small tunnel icon). Just ignore the license activation window or even minimize it.

I have both of these services. I am still getting booted off every 2 days or so. Is there a solution to staying connected? Like setting up two profiles, running an apple script, etc.? Is the tutorial you mention above going to be available soon?
