In the last weeks I got several emails from people complaining about the quality of support within the last months. I really want to apologize for this situation and I promise that we will improve our support heavily!
As a first step we introduce a completely new support area for our users. You will find FAQs, discussions and email contacts in this area. The former support forum should be replaced and tremendously enhanced with this step.
Please let me know what you think of the new support area and what we can improve even further. What do you think about a Wiki page, where people can explain how to setup Shimo in different situations?
